2016 Chardonnay Hyde Vineyard

Tasting Notes

Perhaps our most texturally-driven wine from the 2016 vintage, in part from a lengthier aging time in French oak, the 2016 Hyde Chardonnay is both creamy and bracingly acidic. Aromas of passionfruit and lime custard are balanced by crème brûlée and cinnamon spice. The palate introduces a touch of jasmine and citrus flavors that create a long, mouthwatering finish.
