Tasting Notes
The aromatic nose is dominated by blackberry, licorice, mint and vanilla with brown sugar bacon and molasses. Rich dark chocolate tannins and mole-like texture coat the palate while leather, tobacco and suede smooth out a finish that will grow longer with time. Just a young, bright wine now; its decadence will blossom through the next decade.
